Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSED, or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in utility or supervision of direct reports.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work with union contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate field work to meet safety and quality standards.
• Oversee construction, maintenance and restoration activities for transmission and distribution systems.
• Manage personnel, equipment and materials within budget and schedule.
• Ensure safety of employees, customers and contractors during all operations.
• Maintain relationships with unions, customers and external partners.
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews and provide coaching as needed.
