Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead frontline production teams and support daily manufacturing operations. You will coordinate resources, balance production capacity with material availability, and ensure targets are met while upholding quality and safety standards.

In this role you will coach and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement through 5S, visual management, and standardized work.

• Identifying and resolving day to day technical and operational issues while coaching employees on effective problem solving
