Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a leadership role within operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse environments is a major plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse frontline team and set a tone of teamwork and accountability.
• Drive daily operations, staffing, workflow, and problem-solving on the floor.
• Champion safety and ensure PPE compliance and safe practices.
