Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee manufacturing and distribution activities. You will plan, direct, and assign work, ensure safety, and drive efficient operations in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
• Previous experience in supervision, Preferred
• Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Supervisor will plan, direct and assign work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department.
• This position will also support and implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions.
