Ashley Furniture in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a fast-paced distribution and manufacturing site. You will coach frontline associates, optimize workflows, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic plant environment.

You will monitor metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure clear communication between leadership and floor teams. A bachelor’s degree and 1+ year leadership experience preferred; distribution experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a leadership role within operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse environments is a major plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front by coaching a diverse frontline team.
• Own the floor: manage staffing, workflow, and on-the-fly problem solving.
• Maintain safety: uphold safety protocols in daily operations.
