Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is seeking a Night Shift Operations Supervisor to plan, direct and assign work in a manufacturing/distribution environment. You will support and implement policies, and drive improvements in methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions.

Requires 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and supervisory experience. An Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field preferred.
• Previous supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and assign work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department.
• Support and implement policies and procedures; recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions.
