Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Drivers, Collection Specialists, Lead Drivers, Dispatchers, and other team members, overseeing daily collection operations. You will own staffing, coach employees, promote safety, and partner with leaders to ensure safe and efficient routes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced operations (transportation, logistics, waste management, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and build high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; CDL and bilingual skills are a plus.
