Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment for Landing Gear MRO. You will guide daily production, onboard and train staff, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Control Tower objectives.

You will also push safety, quality, and cost-reduction initiatives, develop subordinate leaders, and coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Planning to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
• Familiarity with production management software (SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, and specific industry principles like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Safety and Quality: Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring all products meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and motivating hourly associates on all shifts, to include a direct report 2nd shift supervisor, to achieve performance objectives and developing them for increased responsibility/proficiency.
