Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, preferred.
• 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Experience in recycling field.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies and initiatives.
• Lead and train a team of SRS associates and contingent workers.
• Assist with achieving production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Create and distribute required reports.
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate and conduct regular Operations meetings.
• Assist with tracking performance data and corrective actions.
