Job summary

RedBuilt in Delaware, OH, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead Inventory, Shipping, Truss Line Production, and Steel Fabrication. You will supervise ~20 associates and oversee safety, quality, and efficiency across yard, shipping, and fabrication operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor and materials, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring accurate inventory transactions. DOE-based pay with strong benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, fabrication, or similar operational environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a safety-first culture.
• Supervise daily operations of the yard, shipping and receiving, truss line, and steel fabrication departments.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and resources to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Monitor departmental performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support budgeting, staffing, capital planning, and cost-reduction efforts.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee inbound and outbound material movement, scheduling, and freight coordination.
• Lead inventory reconciliation and cycle count activities.
• Own inventory accuracy across raw materials, work-in-process, purchased components, and finished goods.
