RedBuilt, LLC is seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor for our Delaware team. You will oversee yard operations, shipping/receiving, truss line production, and steel fabrication, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, fabrication, or similar operational environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Leadership: Lead by example and promote a safety-first culture.
• Safety observations, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and company policies.
• Foster employee engagement, accountability, and teamwork.
• Operations Management: Supervise daily operations of yard, shipping/receiving, truss line, and steel fabrication.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and resources to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Monitor departmental performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support budgeting, staffing, capital planning, and cost-reduction efforts.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and Production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Shipping, Receiving & Material Flow: Oversee inbound/outbound material movement and timely deliveries.
• Manage transportation scheduling and freight coordination; Bills of Lading and inventory transactions.
• Maintain organized yard storage and inventory control processes; cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Lead inventory governance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Truss & Steel Fabrication Leadership: Oversee truss line and steel fabrication operations.
• Drive production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Team Development: Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop associates.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Performance & Business Management: Track SQDCI performance and KPIs including safety, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
• Prepare and present updates during departmental and plant meetings.
