Job summary

RedBuilt, LLC is hiring immediately for full-time Production Associates at our Delaware, OH facility. We offer a world-class safety-first environment, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Wage range is $21.00 to $26.50 hourly with overtime potential and occasional weekends. A typical day includes constructing wood-framed wall panels, assembling Open-Web Trusses, operating punch presses, pinners, gluers, drills, and various hand tools.

Qualifications

• Must be safety and quality conscious and motivated to achieve excellence.
• Team player with positive attitude and help achieve department production goals.
• Read and understand shop details and job instructions.
• Ability to read a basic tape measure.
• Maintains excellent working relationships and has strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work overtime when scheduled.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED is a plus, not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be on time and ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Construct wood-framed wall panels.
• Assemble RedBuilt Open-Web Trusses.
• Set up and operate machinery (punch press, pinner, gluer, drill).
• Set up and use tools (circular saws, nail guns, staple guns).
• Assemble construction accessories for framing packages.
• Read product design paperwork and plans.
• Input information into computers to track material and work orders.
• Assist with Spanish to English translation during meetings and onboarding.
