Job summary

SalonCentric, a leading U.S. distributor of professional salon products and a subsidiary of L'Oreal, is seeking an Operations Supervisor in East Manchester, PA.

This role supervises 10–25 hourly staff across Picking, Receiving, Material Handling, and Shipping, and rotates between departments to cover absences. You will ensure safety, quality, and KPI attainment, coach staff, manage dashboards, and drive continuous improvements while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience with a WMS or ERP system; SAP/MAWM is a plus.
• Flexible, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Operations hourly personnel per policies, including coaching and attendance.
• Coordinate transitions with stakeholders for production changes and transfers.
• Mentor staff to meet throughput goals and safety requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across the Distribution Center.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity and costs.
