Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc / SalonCentric seeks an Analyst - Supply Chain Continuous Improvement at our East Manchester Distribution Center to drive efficiency and cost savings. This role reports to the Site Director and focuses on CI initiatives across the distribution network.

You will lead Six Sigma projects, develop Power BI reporting, manage labor standards, and collaborate with IT and global teams while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement & Layouts: Propose and lead Six Sigma projects, time/motion studies, and workstation designs to optimize productivity, material flow, and ergonomics.
• Data & Labor Systems: Manage the Labor Management System, establish labor standards, and develop PowerBI reporting to communicate key performance metrics.
• Project Leadership: Manage project timelines, design process flows, write work instructions, and coordinate with contractors, Central IT, and global teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Actively support an interdependent safety culture and L'Oreal's Quality and Environmental missions.
• Budget Planning: Support the development of CapEx proposals, track project costs, and manage operating budgets for CI initiatives.

A Day in the Life: Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead efficiency initiatives at our SalonCentric facility:

• Continuous Improvement & Layouts: Propose and lead Six Sigma projects, time/motion studies, and workstation designs to optimize productivity, material flow, and ergonomics.
• Data & Labor Systems: Manage the Labor Management System, establish labor standards, and develop PowerBI reporting to communicate key performance metrics.

• Budget Planning: Support the development of capital expenditure (CapEx) proposals, track project costs, and manage operational efficiency budgets for continuous improvement initiatives.

We Are Looking For: An analytical thinker with a BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics and experience in logistics/warehousing. You bring:

• Continuous Improvement & Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus)
• Data Analytics (Excel, PowerBI, Visio)
• Warehouse Operations & Labor Management
• Project Management & Process Mapping
• Financial Acumen & Budgeting: Experience tracking project costs, supporting CapEx proposals, and managing operational efficiency budgets
