Range USA in Monroeville, PA is seeking an Operations Specialist to support store performance through inventory control, compliance, and efficient backroom operations. You will ensure pricing accuracy, product availability, and clean receiving areas while following all safety and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will manage receiving, inventory reporting, and customer order fulfillment, collaborating with leadership to maintain high standards and smooth daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in retail, inventory, or operations.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and compliance.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store visual standards, pricing, promotions and signage.
• Handle receiving of inventory including firearms and transfers.
• Run weekly/monthly reports and manage inventory adjustments.
• Support ATF/OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Process e-commerce orders and customer layaways.
