Job summary

AMI PARIS in Soho, NY is seeking a Stock Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations and drive inventory accuracy. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and process improvements to maximize efficiency.

You will lead a small team, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold company standards. Open availability for holidays and weekends is required; ability to lift 50lbs is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of stock management experience.
• CEGID knowledge is a plus.
• A second language is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving.
• Execute weekly cycle counts and ensure physical products match the system.
• Investigate shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate product and supply inventory.
• Prepare mid‑year and annual physical inventory inventories.
• Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as needed.
• Partner with Store Manager and sales team to support visual merchandising, execute and collection launches.
• Train and support team on day‑to‑day back of house policies and procedures.
• Lead by example on company standards and expectations.
