Job summary

SalonCentric is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead the Picking, Receiving, Material Handling, and Shipping departments in a fast-paced distribution center. You will supervise 10–25 hourly employees, drive safety and quality, and partner with stakeholders to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high productivity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience with a WMS or ERP system (SAP/MAWM a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Operations hourly personnel per policies; coach, manage attendance and training.
• Coordinate transitions with stakeholders for production changes and updates.
• Mentor staff to safely meet or exceed production throughput goals.
• Ensure safety requirements and enforce EHS standards across the facility.
• Drive inventory accuracy and manage process improvements for productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve throughput.
