Urban Pathways is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead facility operations, including maintenance, fire safety, kitchen services, and security, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality. The role collaborates with the management team to promote program goals and client services while upholding an inclusive organizational culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years building operations and security with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with populations experiencing homelessness, mental illness or substance abuse is a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including maintenance, safety, kitchen operations, and security.
• Coordinate with management to optimize program delivery and client services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and regulatory requirements across facilities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and staff development for the operations team.
• Monitor incident reporting and maintain logs per policy.
• Liaise with local fire and police departments as needed.
