Victoria's Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive store readiness and operational execution in our Columbia Township location. You will lead the team, oversee shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and visual standards.

This role partners with the Store Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experience. We value strong leadership, coaching of associates, and adherence to company policies.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.
