Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Colorado is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead a team in our Contract Logistics operations. You will coordinate daily activities, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time shipments.

This temporary role runs August 2026 through January 2027, with a retention bonus and competitive total rewards, including health and dental benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies.
  • Support with the automation technology process.
  • Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members.
  • Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory.
  • Implement continuous improvement action plans.
  • Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. The right candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace.
As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

What we would like you to bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000 with a $2,000+ retention bonus payable at the end of the employment term! Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.

Term-Limited Position Notice

This position is for temporary, term-limited employment for up to 5 months (August 2026 through January 2027), after which, the role will be discontinued. Selected individuals may have the opportunity to apply for other roles within Kuehne + Nagel Inc. They may also be considered for rehire during a future term (August 2027 through January 2028).
