Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support a new Bal Harbour store opening, overseeing day-to-day operations, stock management and loss prevention. You will partner with the Store Manager to implement best practices, deliver training and lead operational projects to improve customer service and store performance.

You will supervise health and safety, facilities, and reporting to support commercial targets, while managing teams and ensuring a retail schedule that includes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years retail experience and at least 3 years managing people.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for customer service and the sales floor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems (e.g., Cegid) preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. retail laws, security and health and safety legislation.
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Foreign language skills a plus.

Responsibilities
