Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading frontline teams in manufacturing.
• Strong skills in resource management and production scheduling.
• Experience in performance management, coaching and accountability.
• Proven problem-solving and process-improvement abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean practices (5S) and daily management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to frontline team members to meet daily production targets and customer expectations.
• Allocate and coordinate resources to achieve operational objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues, coaching the team.
