• Implements and maintains a production process that complies with established internal documentation.
• Responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating the activities of production staff. Plans daily production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for producing product.
• Ensures products are assembled according to Work Instructions.
• Coordinates production activities to insure quantity and quality of products meets established specifications.
• Ensures production employees have been trained on and understand each Work Instruction for their function(s).
• Ensures production employees have timely job specific and safety training to perform their duties.
• Ensures all required documentation for production, training, etc. is completed timely and accurately.
• Responsible for performing all supervisory functions of hiring, evaluating, disciplining and approving employee-related transactions.
• Collects, monitors and maintains performance metrics.
• Support the development and improvement of process for service lines, warehouses and other service operations.
• Follows all Quality System and ISO requirements
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by identifying all safety hazards and recommending corrective actions when necessary

Requirements

• Two (2) to Five (5) years experience in a manufacturing environment, electronic industry preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Experience in writing procedures according to applicable regulations.
• Training and/or experience implementing manufacturing and/ or service.
