SUMMARY: Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers engaged in packaging drug products and materials for storage or shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Study production orders to determine product type, quantity, and packaging requirements.
2. Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
3. Assign duties based on specifications and job orders.
4. Observe packaging operations and establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
5. Recommend improvements for production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
6. Analyze and resolve work problems, motivate workers, and maintain records.
7. Coordinate activities with other supervisors.

Qualifications:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
