Job summary

TEC Specialty Products, a leading manufacturer of flooring materials, seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor in New York to lead daily production, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will monitor workflows, manage timesheets, and drive continuous improvement while preparing performance reports.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in supervision, strong leadership and communication, and a degree in Business/Operations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, or operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with Sigma or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
