Job summary

TMS International is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team on site. You will lead a shift, oversee a small workforce, and drive safe, efficient operations across our heavy-industry facilities.

The role requires 3+ years of heavy equipment operation experience, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity, and a solid background in preventative maintenance. We offer competitive benefits including health, dental and vision, a 401(k), vacation and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of heavy equipment operator experience, with 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisor role.
• Strong maintenance/background in preventative maintenance.
• Ability to lead a small team and enforce safety policies.

• Ensure adherence to preventative maintenance programs and safety procedures.

We are currently seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good organizational skills and the ability to provide leadership and direction to a small workforce
• Must have knowledge/familiarity with Company preventative maintenance programs and procedures, safety programs, as well as company policies and operating procedures.
• Computer proficiency helpful.
• Strong desire to be a "key player"
• Leads and is in charge of a shift (turn)

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of heavy equipment operator experience, 2 years of which must have been as a Lead or Supervisor
• Will also consider an applicant with a strong maintenance and preventative maintenance background.
