Position Summary

An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures smooth store operations, and oversees all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions
  1. Management
  2. Work effectively with store management and store crews.
  3. Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
  4. Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
  1. Customer Service
  2. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
  3. Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.
  4. Handle customer relations issues per company policy, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  5. Provide personalized customer service feedback and coaching to colleagues.
  6. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
  1. Merchandise/Presentation
  2. Price merchandise.
  3. Stock shelves.
  4. Support planning and execution of displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
  5. Assist with off-shelf merchandise display and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
  • Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency.
  • Strong communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, overtime, and respond to urgent issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $16.24 - $24.00 per hour. Actual salary depends on experience, education, location, and other factors.
