Job summary

SIXT Rent a Car is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for the Indianapolis area to lead a growing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining standards across shifts, with a focus on profitability and excellent service. A strong track record in supervision and car-rental knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience Required.
• 3-5 years of car rental experience preferred.
• Previous Supervisory Or Leadership Experience Strongly Preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating and managing employee schedules.
• Ability to effectively communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful or unusual situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
• Must be willing to wear company-provided uniforms.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.
• Must be available to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

About the Role:

SIXT Rent a Car, part of the Tom Wood Group, is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our customer-focused team in the Indianapolis area.
