Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in supply chain/logistics preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Web-Based, TMS Applications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Meet or exceed productivity and cost-control targets.
• Monitor KPIs (order fill rate accuracy, inventory accuracy, inspections) to ensure quality.
• Promote Lean principles and drive process improvements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Communicate goals, expectations and improvements to staff.

Pathmark Transportation is Hiring morning Shift Operations Supervisor.

Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast- pace warehouse team environment. Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or proceeding productivity standards and cost controlmanagement. Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators( order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, ETC.) for assigned are of responsibility.

Achieve performance goals throughKPI Monitoring, Promote LEAN Principles and process improvement. Lean and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed corporate safety goals. Effectively communicate goals, expectations, area of improvement and success to associate.

• Coach, train and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Assist our wide range of clients with the need and demand
• 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementation and managing changing.
• Listing skills and strong abilities to collaborates, communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals.
• Demonstrate success in problem- solving and decision- making to overcome obstacle to maximize opportunities.
• Ability to manage fast- pace environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals.
• Strong organization and mulitie- tasking skills, agility and ability to cross trained.
