Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory role.
Experience in supply chain/logistics preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Web-Based, TMS Applications required.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Meet or exceed productivity and cost-control targets.
Monitor KPIs (order fill rate accuracy, inventory accuracy, inspections) to ensure quality.
Promote Lean principles and drive process improvements.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Communicate goals, expectations and improvements to staff.
