Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Gainesville, FL. The role involves managing team time, attendance, and schedules for assigned functions, and coaching teammates to improve performance.

You will oversee training and succession planning to build a strong team capable of meeting KPI targets across safety, quality, and productivity. You will coordinate with local and corporate teams to ensure seamless operations, support new customer implementations, and ensure adherence to SOPs

Qualifications

Makes succession planning recommendations, assisting in identifying, attracting, developing, coaching, and retaining talent.* Responsible for achievement of assigned functions’ Key Performance Indicators in the areas of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Turnover.* Makes recommendations and implements customer service for assigned functions, resolving issues relating to service quality, pick pack and ship requirements, and deliveries.
