About the Role

The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of a team in our fulfillment and kitchen operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing a team of employees, and maintaining compliance with company policies, SOP’s and industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise, plan, train, and motivate a team of staff members to achieve performance goals and metrics.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, create, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs with stakeholder collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics and present findings to management.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
  • Highest Standards: Ensures that all areas meet all safety and housekeeping requirements and standard keeps getting raised.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to pass a pre‑employment drug test. This test includes screening for THC (cannabis) and other substances as required by company policy.
