As a Department, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Operations Supervisor

Pay Range: $27

Shift: 1st Shift 7am-5pm Sat-Tues or M-F 9am-3pm

• Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement programs aimed at reducing quality defects and improving overall performance.
• Lead, motivate, and build a cohesive team to foster a positive work environment.

• Collaborate with suppliers such as Elwood, Randstad, Staffmark, Manpower, and ICON to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
