Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a leading client in the food processing industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift to oversee daily production activities, supervise Team Leads and Operators, and ensure safety and quality across the line.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in meat/poultry or food processing, knowledge of GMPs, SQF and HACCP, and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in meat/poultry or food processing industry, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, and quality assurance programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and safely.
• Supervise Team Leads, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers to maintain high performance standards.
• Coordinate with the production scheduler to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Monitor production lines for efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings.
