Job summary

Everflow Supplies LLC is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse shipping operations in Addison, IL. You will ensure orders ship safely, accurately, and on time, while developing a high‑performing team.

The role focuses on inventory accuracy, process improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet business goals. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervision and hands‑on warehouse leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience leading a team of five or more employees in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Experience managing warehouse KPIs, including productivity, shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, and labor performance.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP/WMS."
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates while fostering a positive, accountable, and high‑performing work environment.
• Monitor daily productivity, shipping accuracy, labor utilization, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve operational goals.
• Plan and allocate labor resources to meet production schedules and changing business demands.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper inventory control, cycle counting, and location management.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse by enforcing proper product storage, stacking, and housekeeping standards.
• Promote and enforce compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and safe material handling practices.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and address performance concerns when necessary.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase productivity while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the safe operation and daily inspection of forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment.
• Utilize NetSuite or a comparable Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage shipping activities, inventory transactions, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, inventory accuracy, and overall distribution center performance.
• Assist with special projects and other operational responsibilities as assigned.

Position Summary

Everflow Supplies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse shipping operations and ensure customer orders are shipped safely, accurately, and on time. What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting warehouse expansions, relocations, or facility transitions.
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements that increased productivity, improved inventory accuracy, or reduced operational costs.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Target Compensation Range: The posted pay range of $55,000- $60,000 represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, internal compensation practices, and other job‑related business considerations, consistent with applicable law.
