Reports To: Operations Manager
Flowserve is seeking a hands‑on, people-focused Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd growing Shift manufacturing operation in. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment, enjoys developing employees, and is comfortable making decisions independently while driving safety, quality, and operational performance.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading daily operations, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and helping build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Lead all 2nd shift manufacturing operations and production activities.
Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Drive production performance, quality standards, and on‑time delivery goals.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, efficiency, utilization, scrap, and rework.
Coach, mentor, and develop production employees.
Conduct employee training, performance discussions, and safety meetings.
Support staffing, employee engagement, and workforce development initiatives.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Maintain accountability for shift performance and facility operations.
Serve as the primary leadership presence on 2nd shift.
Step in and assist employees when business needs require a hands‑on leadership approach.
Manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience.
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of safety, production, and continuous improvement principles.
Experience managing KPIs and operational performance metrics.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lead independently and make sound decisions.
Flexibility to support business needs and changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools such as:
Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
6S
SMED
FMEA
Continuous Improvement methodologies
Understanding of CNC machining environments.
Experience in industrial manufacturing, machining, fabrication, welding, pumps, valves, aerospace, or similar industries.
Familiarity with ISO quality systems.
Ability to speak Polish or Ukrainian is a plus.

This position supports a growing 2nd shift operation and will oversee a team of approximately 5-20 employees. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where production priorities and staffing needs may shift.
Typical schedule begins around 2:45 PM and ends around 12:00 AM
Minimum 9‑hour workday
Occasional shifts up to 10 hours may be required based on production demands
