As the senior Teklus representative on site during your shift, you'll direct personnel, coordinate with client representatives and trade partners, and make real-time operational calls on sequencing,
manpower, and method. This is a client-facing leadership role with genuine decision-making authority and a direct path to mentor and develop Operations Leads and Technicians.
