AmeriHome Mortgage is seeking an Operations Strategy Execution Manager to assess and streamline end-to-end operations. You will partner across departments, drive ongoing process improvements, and coordinate with vendors while managing reporting and user acceptance testing across applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Process Analysis, Process Ownership or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Excel VBA.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with mortgage software (Encompass).
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
• Coordinate application release impacts with Training; assist with creation of job aids.
• Enhance user experience with Encompass and pursue automation opportunities (AI, robotics/ML).
• Identify risks in processes (HMDA, CFPB, TRID) and present findings to management; liaise between operations and BSA/BI.
