You will map workflows, reduce cycle times, and lead testing and user adoption efforts while exploring AI/automation opportunities to streamline operations. Strong communication and mortgage domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process analysis or ownership.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage industry operations.
• Strong SQL Server and Excel VBA skills.
• Experience with mortgage software (Encompass).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Coordinate with operations, training, and vendor management; manage testing.
• Enhance user experience with Encompass and explore automation opportunities.
• Present trends and opportunities to management; liaison between operations and BSA/BI.
