Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• Graduate degree in related field preferred.
• Eight+ years of progressive professional experience with supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and leadership ability.
• Ability to plan, coordinate large-scale projects and manage multiple operations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates division technology-driven activities related to analytics, operations, application support, and automation.
• Manages a team of business analysts and support staff.
• Identifies process improvements and business trends to boost efficiency.
• Provides administrative leadership to indirect reports aligned with the Stress Testing National Program.
• Champions practical AI implementations to extend SRC reach.
• Oversees strategic planning and development of tools.
• Leads complex system and local project initiatives.
• Coordinates with System resources to resolve issues.
