United Airlines seeks an Analyst – Future Network & Station Operations in Chicago, IL for a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. You will contribute to IRROPS recovery workflows, design scalable decision-support and end-to-end process improvements laid out with stakeholders.

In this role you’ll analyze operational data, map processes, and collaborate with product, technology, and analytics teams to drive efficiency and long-term transformation across the station and network operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in airline management, aviation, or industrial engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant operations or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of airport and network operations; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support development of IRROPS recovery workflows and decision-support tools.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities; translate into recommendations.
• Translate business needs into structured processes, workflows, and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain process maps, decision trees, and standard work documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Partner with product, technology, and analytics teams to support tools, reporting, and automation.
• Develop presentations and materials to communicate insights and updates.
