Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations consulting, strategic planning, or a senior operational role within the energy sector.
• Demonstrated experience in leading operational improvement projects and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• In-depth knowledge of operational challenges and trends within the energy industry (e.g., renewables, traditional power generation, distribution).

• Must be based in or willing to work from Welkom, Free State , and have the right to work in South Africa .
