Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years in operations consulting, strategic planning, or senior operational roles within energy sector.
• Experience leading operational improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Understanding of energy industry challenges (renewables, traditional power, distribution).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current operational performance of energy sector clients and identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chains, processes and asset management.
• Design and execute plans for operational excellence, including cost reduction and efficiency programs.
• Analyze market dynamics and regulatory environments affecting energy operations.
• Develop business cases and financial models to support transformations.
• Lead client workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather requirements and drive consensus.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams for seamless implementation of solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge base on operational strategy.
