Job summary

Dearborn Group (HCSC) is seeking a coordinator to manage day-to-day workflow for the department, ensuring business priorities, service commitments, and operational needs are met. You will assess staff capacity, assign and reprioritize work, monitor progress, coordinate coverage, and act as a central point of communication between management, staff, and other business areas.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.
