Job summary

Dearborn Life Insurance Co is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day workflow for the department, assess staff capacity, assign work, and communicate across management and teams to ensure priorities and service commitments are met.

Job Summary

Coordinates the day-to-day workflow and work assignments for the department to ensure business priorities, service commitments, and operational needs are met. Assess staff capacity and workload, assigns, and reprioritizes work, monitors progress, coordinates coverage, and serves as a central point of communication between department management, staff, and other business areas as applicable. Maintains operational tracking tools and systems to provide visibility into assignments, status, and outstanding work.

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range $19.13 - $34.17 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
