Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating activities, schedules, assessments, or action tracking across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear information delivery.
• Ability to analyze technical/operational information and convert it into usable documents.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build productive working relationships with facility, programming, and operational personnel.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, and action tracking across multiple organizations.
• Participate in facility and area walkdowns to understand operating conditions and identify ready-made needs.
• Support assessments and help evaluate whether operational requirements have been effectively implemented.
• Serve as a central coordination point for facility and programmatic customers.
• Gather information from subject-matter experts and convert operational needs into practical plans, communications, procedures, and other controlled documents.
• Research and apply effective practices in operational readiness, process improvement, and procedure development.
• Help ensure work products meet applicable DOE and LANL requirements.
• Communicate WFO activities and needs through written, verbal, and visual media projects under dynamic conditions.
