Job summary

SEI is seeking an Operations Specialist for the Special Activities Group in Oaks, PA. The role supports back-office processing for Trust platforms, handling settlements and fund operations with focus on accuracy and timelines.

The candidate will provide technical and process support to a team of operation analysts, manage daily processing tasks, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with internal partners. Strong attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required. Preference in: Accounting, Finance or Business related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and process support to a team of operation analysts.
• Responsible for completion of daily processing activities.
• Performs project management and coordination for the operational team.
• Act as escalation point and mentor analysts.
• Represent department at broader level when needed.
