Range USA in Monroeville, PA is seeking an Operations Specialist to support store performance through inventory management, receiving, compliance, and customer order fulfillment. You will ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and adherence to firearm regulations while maintaining organized backroom operations and data entry accuracy.

The role collaborates with leadership to maintain stock levels, process e‑commerce orders and layaways, and execute weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & merchandising execution: maintain visual standards, pricing, promotions, and signage.
• Receiving & inventory control: process incoming inventory, including firearms and e‑commerce orders.
• Compliance & regulatory support: assist with ATF/OSHA policies and audits.
• Customer order & service support: manage e‑commerce orders and layaways, coordinate delivery and follow‑ups.
• Operational support: maintain stock levels and support safe, compliant store operations.
