Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination with 3 years relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills to research, analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication across all levels.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate processing support for standardized and manual processes within a specific Operations department.
• Review, verify and record data into technology supporting department processes.
• Understand department procedures and required accountabilities in the area or department.
• Liaise and provide customer service support for researchers, internal RBC units, and external customers.
• Address escalated questions independently; escalate per procedures.
• Suggest process changes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
