Qualifications

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of handling changing tasks and duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming grain from trucks, weigh/test if needed, and transfer to the proper bin efficiently.
• Inspect stored grain regularly and maintain quality, turning grain as needed.
• Unload feed from trucks and load into warehouse or customer vehicles as directed.
• Load fertilizer into customer vehicles or deliver as instructed.
• Follow OSHA and MKC safety rules and promote a safety culture.
• Maintain facilities and vehicles per manufacturer specs and MKC programs.
